The rules, in one paragraph. An account is held by a university, a college or a school on its own behalf. Opening a candidate permits one thing: contacting that person about studying with you. Contact details and documents may not be exported, resold, passed to an agent or added to a marketing list, and no candidate may ever be charged a fee. We suspend accounts that break this and tell the candidates affected.
