Terms of service.

1. What Eduuro is

Eduuro is an online register operated by Mindbalancer OÜ (Estonia, EU) where pupils and students who want to study in Europe create a profile so that universities, colleges and schools can discover and contact them. Eduuro is not an education agent and not an application portal: we do not apply on anybody's behalf, do not advise on admission, take no commission from any school and guarantee no admission, scholarship, visa or other outcome. Any relationship that follows is solely between you and the university.

2. Your account and profile

You must provide truthful information about yourself and your education, and documents you attach must be genuine. You may create a profile only for yourself and you must be at least 16 years old. We may remove profiles that are fraudulent, impersonate others or advertise anything unlawful.

3. Price for pupils and students

Creating a profile, being listed, being found and being contacted are free for pupils and students, always. We do not ask you for a payment card to be listed, and there are no placement fees, commissions or deductions - ever. We are paid by universities for finding you.

Pro tools are an optional toolkit for your own applications, offered in the dashboard: a motivation letter drafted from your profile, a document checklist for the countries you named, and an application tracker. It costs 4.99 a month, renews monthly, and you can cancel at any moment from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid month. Pro tools change nothing about how universities see or find your profile: no ranking, no badge, no earlier contact. We do not apply for you and we do not charge for admission, a visa or a contact, with or without Pro tools. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. What we promise, and what we do not

We promise your profile is listed in the register and shown to searching universities on equal terms with every other profile, and that the statistics we show you are real counts. We do not promise that any university will contact you or admit you. Admission requirements, tuition, scholarships, visas and residence permits are between you and the university.

5. University accounts

A university account may be held by a university, a college or a school on its own behalf. Education agents, recruiters and intermediaries may not hold an account. Universities pay a monthly subscription to open a metered number of candidates; prices are shown on the For universities page and payments are processed by Stripe, with VAT added where it applies. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing link; access continues to the end of the paid month. Opened contacts remain readable after cancellation.

Opening a candidate permits one thing: contacting that person about studying at your institution. Account holders may not export, copy, resell, publish or pass on contact details or documents, hand them to an agent, use them for marketing, build a competing database from them, or charge the candidate a fee of any kind. Automated collection of profiles is not allowed. We suspend accounts that break this, without refund, and may inform the candidates affected.

Candidates control whether they can be contacted. A candidate who switches contact off leaves the search and no new unlock of that profile is possible. An unlock already spent is not refunded by that change, but it never costs an unlock to be refused one.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, which for students is nothing. We are not liable for the conduct of universities or candidates or for decisions they make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Ending or changing the service

You can delete your account at any time (Privacy and data, Delete my account) and your data is erased immediately. We may update these terms; if the change is material we email you at least 14 days in advance, and you can delete your profile before it takes effect.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where the operating company is registered. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
